Small steps make a big difference.

Gabriella Sabin,LPC

I see your bravery in the small steps.

Now that you are here, looking for help. I would like to introduce myself. My name is Gabriella Sabin, Gabbie for short. I attended John Brown University and received my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology in 2019 and my Masters of Science in Counseling in 2022.   As a LAC, I worked with kids and parents who needed help navigating the world, as difficult as it is.

I am an LPC, with training and experience in play therapy and art therapy.   I have training and experience with children dealing with traumatic early childhood experiences as well as anxiety, bullying, depression, and suicidal ideation. I have experience giving adults and parents space to process and learn how to better help their children or themselves to live a full life, whatever that looks like for them. I work with neurodivergent people of all ages to help them to live in a world made for neurotypical people.

I hope to create a safe place for children, adults, and adolescents,  no matter who they are, to be themselves.

Anxiety

I help people of all ages find coping skills that work for them. We work on knowing how handle that anxiety as well as what could be underlying that anxiety, whether it is biological, to trauma, or a combination of multiple factors. I believe it is important to see the whole person.

Neurodivergence

(ADHD, ASD, etc.)

I work with neurodivergent people of all ages to help them to live in a world made for neurotypical people. I want to meet them where they are.

Play Therapy

I work with people of all ages to work through emotions and stressors through play or tool I use in therapy called sand tray. I use sand tray to help people of all ages process situations and emotions they cannot or struggle to verbalize.

HOW I WORK

I believe therapy should be for the person or Individual.

Schedule a free, no-obligation consultation to decide if I’m a good fit for you. If we feel it is a good fit, great! We’ll schedule your first appointment and begin mapping out a path to your goals.

If not, no problem. I’ll refer to you to another therapist that might be a better fit for you!

You can’t always choose the circumstances
