  • We do one intake session first. Then we start out with therapy once a week. If the client is a child, we meet as often for a family session or parent check in as needed. As progress is made in therapy, we will go to every other week and once a month.

  • Mostly in person sessions and I am flexible for telehealth if needed.

  • $80-$100 for self pay. I am working on credentialing for the following insurances: United Health Care, AETNA, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. When meeting for a consult, we can discuss insurance options.

  • We do an assessment going over multiple parts of life to help me get a full picture of you or your child’s needs in therapy. We will come up with a plan for therapy at that time.

  • Depends on what you or your child are dealing with.
