Autonomy

You are in charge of your life and your mental health care. I want to empower you and/or your child to take control back of your life and your care.

Connection

The important part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I want to meet you or your child where you are.

Trust

It is important to build trust throughout treatment to encourage openness. This means I will work to repair the relationship when trust is broken, even in the smallest way.

Safety

I want people to have a safe place to process emotions and cope with life stressors. If there is no safety or little safety, it will be difficult for you to be open enough to express difficult emotions.

  • Graduated with my Master’s of Science in Counseling from John Brown University in August 2022.

  • Licensed Professional Counseling License in Arkansas since 2025

  • Licensed Associate Counselor Licensed from 2022 to Jan 2025
